If you would like to return what you have ordered, please send us an email within 14 days of receiving your purchase to snaubsboutiquecafe@hotmail.com Items MUST be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and you also must provide proof of purchase.
Please then post your items back to us, we would advise using a tracked service. You can post your items to:

We will then issue you with a credit note, or a refund, please specify this in the email you send before returning the items.
If you have chosen refund, we will refund the payment back into the PayPal account used by you.
Please allow up to 10 days after we have received your return to appear in your account, depending on bank processing times. If the refund hasn’t appeared after this period, please send us an email to snaubsboutiquecafe@hotmail.com and we will investigate this for you.
